At Chinook we are very serious about health and safety, after all, that is what scaffolding is all about.

Chinook salmon require safety too, especially when they are fry and migrate from the safety of the river into the ocean. Once in the ocean it is very important to find safety in the confines of eel grass, kelp beds, and rock piles. Not unlike the needs of a crew working on a structure of extreme height where danger looms at the drop of a hard hat.

We have implemented safe working situations and reduced the injury rate much like a great kelp forest does to protect our friends the salmon fry.

Chinook is a leader in scaffold safety, providing scaffold training within the industry to over 1800 people in one year! Of which, a group of these were WCB site inspectors.
