Annual General Meeting & Fundraising Dinner
A resounding success!
We are please to report that our Annual General
Meeting and Fundraising Dinner held on Friday, May 30th, 2003 was a huge
success. A delicious buffet dinner, moving guest speakers, fine musical
entertainment and the fun of a silent auction came together to make the evening
an enjoyable one for all in attendance.
The event allowed us to share our enthusiasm for the work we do and build
awareness in the community. We're already planning for next year!
We are also happy to announce that more
than $3,300 was collected through ticket sales, silent auction proceeds and
donations. The money raised will help us continue to provide valuable services
to those harmed by crime and conflict.

Summer Training Institute
August 11-15, 2003
CJI's second annual Summer
Training Institute builds upon the success of previous institutes
held in August 2002 and March 2003. NOTE: Although we had planned to expanded this
year's summer institute to two weeks in response to requests for additional
skill-building opportunities, we have regretfully cancelled the second week's
sessions.
