Gifted with reason and aware of self, others and events
is the mixed blessing the bonds and binds us. 

Our awareness of self and other, of past and
future possibilities, of death before or after loved one,
of aloneness and separation, helplessness before
the forces of society and nature, creates separation
and disunity. The knowing is an unbearable prison
and if not liberated we become anxious and therefore
must reach out, connect and unite with others 
in the outside world to escape. If we don't reach out,
temporary insanity likely awaits those not of 
strong spirit with an authentic sense of self and soul!

Experiencing separateness arouses anxiety and
is the antithesis of belonging, a sense of being
cut-off and helplessness where the world can
invade without any ability to react. Separation
is the soul source of intense anxiety that can
arouse feelings of shame and guilt.


Oneness is the universal human yearning to 
connect us to all that is and is achieved with 
an alter state of mind in which one loses sense of self! 
For humans the sexual orgasm can produce a 
transitory state of exaltation and oneness
where the world outside disappears and 
with it the feeling of separation.
For a time after the experience,
one can go without suffering from 
separateness too much but slowly 
the tension of anxiety returns 
and they yearn for oneness again!

The union of giving mature love 
preserves self and overcomes
the sense of isolation and separateness 
through physical body spasmodic orgasm   
that nourishs the emotable spirit and soul 
through surrender and is supplemented by 
conformity of the rational mind!
