You can't understanding Zen , you must experience Zen

We are already enlightened and need only to
realize this by seeing directly into our Buddha-nature.

before enlightenment fetch firewood and carry water
after enlightenment fetch firewood and carry water for
enlightenment has nothing to do with what we do and
everything to do with how we relate to what we do!

we all interrupt life through the lens of your experience
and all life's experience are momentary illusions ranging
from the happiness of birth to the sorrow of death!

Zen is about the art of being human and recognizing what is!

Zen is about naturalness, spontaneity, and inner freedom.

Zen is about overcoming attraction and aversion

Zen is about staying open to the unexpected, and about the spontaneous nature of life itself."

Zen is about living in the world. In life, here and now

If Zen is about anything, it is about the direct experience of life

Zen is about the intrinsic personal satisfaction in performing an activity,
and it's about the advancement toward peak performance
--the best of both worlds--involvement and outcome.

essence of Zen is manifested through the individual experience,
Lao-tzu could say, "Without leaving my house, I know the whole universe."

The essence of Zen is the true, the good and the beautiful

Zen is about unity rather than separation, more perhaps about
eliminating "perspective" than limiting it.

Zen is not about gaining things. Done properly, Zen is about losing things.

Enjoy and live in the moment with hope for tomorrow!
