Directors of Individual
Programs (see following descriptions):
All
Directors of Individual Programs will:

Work
in a team relationship with the Executive Director, Program Director, and/or
Assistant Program Director, and all other paid staff.

Attend
pre-camp training sessions.
-
Respect
all camp rules, regulations, and policies.

Attend
daily camp meetings.
-
Share
his/her Christian faith and bring it into program activities.

Inform
the Director and/or a Camp Board representative immediately of abuse
disclosures and ensure the Ministry for Children and Families is informed.

Participate
in the evaluation process.

Directors
of Individual Programs will be responsible for one or more of the following
program areas. Each will ensure
she/he is familiar with the job descriptions applicable to his or her hired
position.

are expected to drop off and pick their children up at the camp, or to designate
someone IN WRITING to do so. We do not have transportation arrangements
available.
