J is a gem of a human who embodies so many talents. He is an artist who creates sacred geometry mandalas, a master at building inukshuks, plays the bass, guitar, percussion, didgeridoo, sings and is a takraw gold metal winning athlete.
J is the master of so many behind the scenes facets of the Mon noM line. In the studio, he does all of the cutting and finishing of each piece.  His attention to detail and good work ethic combined with his artistic talents are a big reason why the Mon noM line continues to grow. He is the 'booth technician' for all of the shows. Although soft spoken, it surprises many when they realize just how knowledgeable he is in every aspect of the Mon noM line.
He is also extremely cute.

Cindy is Mon nom's designer. She drafts, sizes and sews each and every MonnoM garment. Like J, she is a hard and diligent worker in the studio. When the weekends arrives, she loves spending time at the shows. She is the one who has beautiful visions of rearranging all heavy things in the booth (much to the chagrin of the booth technician!). She is always available for consultations and loves working with clients to find and create the most flattering lines and  the best fit for their signature style.
She dislikes wearing shoes.

Solstice is the newest addition to the team. This wee creature came to Cindy and J at about 4 weeks old and stole their hearts. Her main responsibilities are to be adorable and playful. She joins the team for many shows and has proven to be invaluable, especially in the area of keeping the team balanced and grounded. She is a great supervisor, who can be firm and at the same time loving and understanding with her staff.
She has an amazing talent of being able to undo any knot and to remove the beads from garments.
