I believe that computer repair prices should be based on the service provided not how long it takes to fix the problem. That is why That Computer Guy charges flat rates for almost all his services. The advantage to the customer is that you will know up front how much the job is going to cost. That being said, That Computer Guy's rates are based on the average time it takes to complete a specific job based on an hourly rate of $45. This cost is much lower than what local competitors charge and way lower than what it would cost you to bundle up your PC and take it to Prince George. That Computer Guy cares about you as a customer and strives to make you happy no matter what it takes. He loves his work and takes pride in being able to help solve your problems and get your computer up and running again quickly. Below is a list of some of the services being offered.
