Archery
Courtenay and
District Fish and Game archery members enjoy an outdoor range with flat
targets at several ranges.
There is also a 3D archery trail with at least 35 targets of various animal
forms.
New this September 2007, thanks to the time and hard work of club members and
donations of machinery and material, is wheelchair accessible archery.
Accessibility by wheelchairs is now available to members to 5 targets along
the trail (Targets 4 through 8).
Ye Old Archers' Cabin provides some warmth and shade and occassionally a hot
cup of coffee!
The range is available each day for the use of archers, and they
regularly meet the first Sunday of each month.
