Shotgun Facility

Regular Trap and Skeet practice - Thursdays and Sundays commencing at 10:00 AM. 

5 Stand is not yet up and running, but watch this space and as soon as it is ready we will let you know.  

Current plan is to Shoot 5 Stand on Sundays along with Trap and Skeet.

We had intended on having Sat shooting once per month on the second Sat of the month.  We will do this for the month of June, i.e. the 14^th, but will move to the 1^st Sat of the month thereafter so as not to conflict with Gold River Sporting Clays Shoots.  That means July 5^th, 2nd of Aug and 6 Sept 2008.  After Sept we will review Sat. shooting and make a decision as to whether to continue.

We still have work to do to complete the facility!  Most notable is completion of the septic, water and kitchen counters etc.

Coffee, Pop and Water are available at the Field House, and a porta pottie is on site.

Once we have these completed we will be planning a “Grand Opening”

Instruction available for those who are new to the shotgun sports.

For those coming from the North, take the Piercy Road exit from the highway. Right turn on Forbidden Plateau Road, left turn on Duncan Bay Main, bear right of Colake Road when you go by the Logging Company’s shops and proceed on Colake Road back across the highway and out to the club.
