I received the attached document by email and thought this would be a good place to post it. I believe it profoundly breaches my right to Privacy, especially after the BC Government has legislated a Privacy Act that came into effect in January of this year. I don't know whether the document has been changed as it has gone around the net or not, but please feel free to poke around the website of the organization that appears in the header, BCGEU - BC Government Employees Union.
