My experience:

After 15 long years of not riding or owning a horse I finally took the leap back into this wonderful relationship. My search was long and thoughtful as I knew I had long since lost my confidence and "horse sense" that I had in my youth. I met Cathie through her website and after weeks of communication and tons of patience from Cathie, I ended up with the horse I always dreamed of. Cathie, sensing my tentativeness, held my hand every step of the way and made the process fun and exciting. She valued my time and used it wisely as she understood from the start what I needed and was very careful to send me to look at horses that would be a good match.

I just wanted to let you know that Katie, whom we bought last February is the most wonderful horse in the world. I love her so much. We have done two little event derby's, she loves jumping and never stops, we go on trails, we do a little dressage - she is just so much fun. My daughter rides her now and again and she is very safe. I trust her completely as she is clever and funny and kind. She is exactly as advertised and we just love her. I lost the last owner's (Diane from Kelowna) phone and email. Could you let her know that we are very happy and Katie is very loved and I hope I can keep her forever.

Hey! Just wanted to let you know that a year and a half later I am still SOOO thrilled with Lantus Z, or Linus, as I call him. He is truly incredible, the horse of a lifetime. What a jewel she is - with much thanks going to Cathy and the way Tiffany was started and trained. Charlotte and Tiffany are a wonderful pair with several "Champions" of minor show under their belts. The wonderful "Princess April" as Patricia calls her went to her first jumping show on the weekend. They went N/C in the 2 foot division and each round got better and better. AND Second show A Circuit Judge "Loved April! And couldn't believe she was only 4!" We couldn't be happier!

I just wanted to write and give you and update on how George (Lord Canal) is doing. Everything is WONDERFUL! Not a single complaint about him at all. He is working out just perfect! I was thinking about how lucky I was today because one of my friends at my barn just bought a horse from someone around here and didn't get it vet checked or anything and now she is finding out thing that he isn't the age they thought he was, he's older, and he has feet problems and all this stuff. And I realized that there isn't one thing that has came to a surprise to me about George, he is everything you said he was and he's amazing! He has so much talent and drive, and it makes him so much fun to ride! Every day Nancy tells me we get better, that every day we work something out that we hadn't or we progress in something. I took him for a gallop the other day, just the two of us, and it was so much fun! He knew exactly what we were going to do and he was perfect the entire time. I absolutely can't wait to take him to an event! He has so much personality to offer to, he makes me laugh all the time. He knows exactly who I am and exactly how to make me laugh!

Everything you said about Dylan, I found to be true. It is so nice to find an honest horseperson who puts the welfare of the animal above all concerns. You must be a very fine person, indeed. He is a great horse, Cathie. Thank you for letting us have him.

Shogun is doing great!!!! He is so calm. I have ridden him a few times and everyone is amazed at how calm he is. He seems to like his new home.

Just to let you know that Jordy's ride on Sky was quite simply....terrific!! Jordan felt very comfy on him and was quite excited at even the thought of him being her very own!

Just had the urge to give you an update on Sky....he is doing Wonderful! Well, could go on all day, I just can't say enough good things about him, he and my daughter have certainly formed a magic bond together.

AND SIX MONTHS LATER All is still wonderful here with Sky and Jordan . Yes they are still super and very much looking forward to show season this year.

AND TWO YEARS LATER! It is me Jordan( I am the one who bought Hot Scotch Hancock ) I
just wanted to tell you he is doing awesome! I still Love him more than anything else. I thought you might like to see a new picture of him , we went to a show this weekend and he did awesome. I can hardly wait for Pinto area championship in 3 weeks. I am just starting to do lots of jumping with him , I can tell he knows more than I do so hopefully he will teach me too as I learn from my coach.we have been practicing like crazy. My mom said I can even come to the show in Armstrong this summer, maybe we will see you
there.

Cathie did all of the work; the worry of co-coordinating clients to view the horse and I just kept riding my horse. Cathie carefully correlates your needs as a buyer and arranges for a handful of horses to view when shopping so you don’t have to make the trip for one animal. The entire process was very professional and honest for both parties.

Cathie appreciates the money that you hope to realize from the sale of your horse but is honest in what her expectations are in order to make that sale. I am very pleased with the recent sale of my gelding both in the home that he as gone to and the net of the sale.

In my opinion, you cannot get the sale exposure or sometimes the success of it in trying to sell an animal on your own.

I am highly recommending Cathie Cross to my friends to market their animals.

I think it would be a pleasure to look at the horses you are representing. I sensed from your emails you were a lady I thought we could trust! You are doing a very good job at representing the horses and they appear to be very nice horses. When you do business right, it pays off. I think after our trip, there will be others in our area that would be willing to make the trip.

AND We had a great trip! You and all the people we met in Canada were great! It was a wonderful experience! The horses we saw all had very positive points and every one of them could have worked for us. I liked their owners as well and how they have handled their horses.

AND You are a gem, girl. I hope I can give you some referrals!
