CROSS COUNTRY HORSE SALES LISTING CONTRACT

I, ______________________________ (sellers name) of    ___________________ ________________________________(sellers address) agree to list my horse/pony _____________________________ (full name) Breed Registry & Registration Number ______________________________________________ with Cross Country Horse Sales,  for the sum of ______________________, which INCLUDES commission of 10% payable to Cross Country Horse Sales in the event my horse/pony is sold through their marketing efforts, whether this be by advertising, website promotion, contacts or referrals. (please let us know if GST is to be applied to the sale)

I understand that Cross Country Horse Sales will promote my horse/pony for sale using information supplied by me, set up appointments for prospective buyers to view and try out my horse/pony, wherever possible accompany prospective buyer to try out my horse/pony but that final negotiations and sale arrangements will be handled by myself.

 I am fully responsible for any guarantees of vices, health issues and soundness made about my horse/pony at the time of sale and Cross Country Horse Sales representatives will in no way be held responsible at the time of sale or thereafter should there be any vices, health or soundness issues.

Buyer will be responsible for expenses associated with Pre-Purchase examinations, transportation or any other expenses they feel necessary to completing their purchase.
