It's winter again and snow is falling. No, not in Vancouver, it's always raining here! But the North Shore Mountains are only 45 minutes away, there is Whistler and Blackcomb and lots of backcountry....

 
Sieht das nicht gut aus? Pulverschnee im letzten Januar. Auf Telemarkski geht es in sanften Schwuengen ins Tal.

Doesn't that look great? Powder at Cerise Creek last January. Many Telemark turns down into the valley.

Auf die Dauer sind uns die Lifttickets zu teuer. Also heisst es vor jeder genuesslichen Abfahrt: Schinderei...

Since the lift tickets are just too expensive to ski every weekend, we have to work hard for  fun....

Nein, Peter und ich haben nicht darin geschlafen. Dafuer unsere Freundin Lucile, und die kann eine interessante Geschichte darueber erzaehlen...

We slept in our tent, but Lucy can tell a story about snow caves...
