From groups of kindergarten students seeing their first drum set to professionals working on advanced finger control. Damian has provided sound instruction on the workings of the drums as a musical instrument and as one of our most ancient communication tools.

Early in his musical career Damian studied all facets of the modern drum-set with noted teacher/performers Buff Allen, George Urson, Claude Ranger, Gregg Bowman and Eric Luke. Piano theory and composition with Joan Gosselin and more recently master classes with Gregg Hutchinson (Joshua Redman, Diane Reeves, Joe Henderson, Ray Brown), Mark Kelso (Holy Cole), Bob McLaren (University of Toronto) and Pat Steward (Bryan Adams, Colin James, Matt Good) have provided reinforcement to an already sound musical foundation.

His pupils have gone on to high school band, professional engagements, College and University program's including Los Angeles's P.I.T. (Percussion Institute of Technology)
