It is the nearing the end of August and we have not yet gone on holidays. We are having one of the driest summers with lots of sun and high temperatures. It is just too hot everywhere across Canada to venture on a holiday. Heat zaps my energy level. Every summer and this one is no exception I have to find ways to keep myself cool as well as have a life out side my airconditioned family room.
I have numerous times put my cloths on wet before going out.
I take with me a sprits bottle with cold water to mist myself.
A hand fan and a small electric fan is packed when going out.
When visiting friends I will take a quick shower to bring my temperature down
Holding hands under a cold water tap is a temporary fix.
There are cooling vest on the market which I would love to get one.
Alot of time is spent on the motorcycle in the evenings when it is cool
              The good thing is that it is not just MSers that have problems with the heat. We are not alone. And for all you sun whorshippers and those that love the heat....bite me. LOL
