FINDINGS: Mulitple white matter high-signal lesions are seen in the periventricular region bilaterally measuring up to 8mm in size. Several subcortical white matter high signal lesions are also noted in the frontal lobes. Abnormal hyperintensity is also seen involving the posterior body of the corpus callosum. A 5mm lesion is also seen in the left posterolateral aspect of the pons. No mass effect is appreciated with no midline shift noted. The ventricles and extraaxial spaces are within normal limits.
