Whats two minutes in your life
To bow your head and pray
for the gallant men and women
Who fought to save the day.

And when you see an Elder
Sitting silently in thought
He could be remembering all his friends
And counting up the costs.

They fought for peace and freedom.
They fought for you and me
All those that lost their lives
Are hero's in history.

Come this Remembrance Day
Stop and remember those that served
The veterans of this country
And all those that deserve.
