1. How close is the property to Walt Disney World?
The nearest part of Walt Disney World is 2 miles away, but the closest park is Animal Kingdom at 3 miles. Please see our “Nearby Attractions” to find out the distances to many popular attractions. Your hosts have driven most of them to verify their accuracy.

2. Is the condominium that I see on the Internet the one that I’ll get?
Yes. The condo that is on this website is the one you rent if you contact us as condo@condodisney.com.

3. Is the property part of a time-share development?
No. The condos, townhouses and houses in this community are individually owned and are not part of a time share.

4. Are there any specials or discounts available?
If you are staying for longer than three weeks, we can offer a discount. For any other specials, please email us.

5. Is everything included in the rental price, or are there additional charges? What about taxes?
Everything is included except for Florida State Tax of 13%. For very short stays of less than three days, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

6. How old is the condo I’m interested in? Has it been refurbished recently?
Windsor Hills was completed in 2005, so it is a very new community. In September of 2008, a new 46 inch flat screen television and stand was purchased along with new dishes, towels, linens, pillows, etc. The baby equipment was purchased in September , 2008 including the pack n play, stroller and high chair.

7. What is the view from the property?
There is a green space right outside of the unit, with Almaton Loop on the other side of the green space.

8. Is the property near any busy roads?
No, Windsor Hills is a gated community, off Old Lake Wilson Road. Old Lake Wilson Road is fairly busy, but it is nearly a third of a mile from our unit to Old Lake Wilson Road. Our unit is on Almaton Loop, which has only traffic going to the condos on it.

9. What is your smoking policy?
No smoking is allowed in our unit. Any deviation from this policy can lead to loss of your security deposit.

10. Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed as the owners are allergic. Any deviation from this policy can lead to loss of your security deposit.

11. Is the pool heated?
Yes, the pool is heated. Pool heat is included in the price of the unit.

12. Is there a fenced backyard where children can play? Not at the condo itself, but there is a play area a short walk away that is gated.

13. How many people can be seated at the main dining table?
Six plus a high chair.

14. Is there a separate dedicated telephone at the property?
Yes, we have a phone at the property. There is free local and long distance calling within the United States and Canada.

15. Is high-speed internet access available?
Yes, wireless high speed internet is available at the unit.

16. Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, there are towels and linens at the unit.

17. How far are the nearest supermarket and drugstore?
There is a Public Supermarket 2 miles from Windsor Hills and there is a Walgreens just over a mile away. Both are west on the Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway (Highway 192).

18. Are child care services available?
There are no child care units on site, but there are private child care services available. Please ask if you would like more information.

19. Are there restaurants nearby?
Yes, there are a number of restaurants nearby including Denny’s Golden Corral, IHOP, McDonald’s, Red Lobster, The Black Angus, Outback and TGIFriday’s are just some of the restaurants that are within 2 miles of our condo.

20. Is transportation to the parks provided?
There is a private shuttle service that can be utilized, but it is a pay service. The cost depends on the number of people that are in your party and which park you wish to go to.

21. Will we need a car?
I would highly recommend a car – it gives you the most options for food, parks, etc. Please be aware that our latest research indicates that Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Disney MGM Studios and Epcot have a parking fee of $11 per day. The Disney water parks, mini-golf and Downtown Disney have no cost associated. Disney’s Wide World of Sports has a parking fee when there is an event at the park.

22. What is required to make a reservation?
In order to secure your reservation, two (2) forms are required to be filled out and returned. As well, a $200 deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to your stay. Your $200 security deposit will be returned to you within 10 days of your departure from the unit, assuming that there is no damage to the unit.

23. What is your change/cancellation policy?
The change policy depends on the availability of our unit.
The cancellation policy depends on at what point you cancel. If you cancel within 60 days of your stay, your refund will depend on our ability to rent your unit. If you cancel prior to 2 months of your reservation, you will lose only your deposit. If we are able to rent the unit for the time that you had previously reserved, all funds will be returned to you.

24. When is checkout time?
10 a.m. Late checkout may be available upon request.

25. What will we be responsible for when we check out?
There is a list of instructions when you get into the unit, but basically you need to strip the linens and start a load of laundry.

26. How will we receive our confirmation and arrival instructions?
The lockbox code and driving instructions from the Airport will be emailed to you 2 weeks prior to your stay.

27. What are your office hours?
Office hours are not an issue as you do not have to visit an office to receive the keys. The keys are in a lock box at the unit itself. The code is provided to you two weeks prior to your stay. If you have any difficulties in finding the unit or with the unit itself, the number for our property management company will be provided which you can call day or night.

28. What are the directions to your office?
No directions are required as you will not have to visit an office before proceeding to the condo.

29. What if we arrive after your office has closed?
Again, there is no problem as you do not have to visit an office before proceeding to the condo.

30. Whom to we contact if something breaks or otherwise goes wrong during our stay?
Please contact our property management company if you have any concerns during your stay.

31. How long have you been in business?
We are new owners of the unit, having purchased it in September, 2008.

32. Are you licensed by the state of Florida?
Yes, we are licensed by the state of Florida.

33. Do you belong to the Better Business Bureau and/or the Central Florida Property Managers Association?
No. We are private owners of the unit, so we are not part of the BBB nor can we be a member of the Central Florida Property Managers Association. Our property management company, however, is a member of the Central Florida Property Managers Association.
