I wanted to tell you what a huge success the cake was. It turned out that the bride forgot to inform me there were more people so they just about demolished it including the bottom layer. The most touching time was when Betsy told me it was just like a cake she saw in a magazine and had dreamed about a wedding cake like this. Georgia, (or "the cookie lady" as my kids call you) I can’t tell you how much my three children eagerly anticipate each version of your magnificent ginger bread cookies. Regardless of it being, Christmas, Valentines Day, Easter or Canada Day the kids love seeing (and eating) your wonderful works of art from Heringers. The cookies this last Christmas were particularly amazing. My kids wanted me to buy two of each style of cookie. One for eating and one for decorating the fireplace mantel. We did!
