This stately residence has undergone significant sympathetic restorations by its previous owners Eric and Judy Bowman. The present owners Rob and Linda Chrystal have continued the work and the home, with its attractive front yard and established trees, now stands as a landmark attraction in its neighborhood. It was built for the local blacksmith Peter Clark and his family in 1914. Mr. Clark has become Delta's first water works superintendent in 1912. The Bowman's and the Chrystal's are to be congratulated for overcoming significant difficulties in the restoration process.
