 LaHay’s Whole Wheat Bread - Revised 2007/05/12

*** Add the ingredients to the bread machine pan in order ***

1 2/3 Cups of water and 1/2 cup milk, warmed for 150 seconds in the microwave

3 Tbsp powdered milk

3 Tbsp shredded cheddar

2 Tbsp margarine

2 Tbsp dark brown sugar

2 Tbsp bread machine yeast

1 Tbsp buck wheat pancake flour

1 Cup rye flour or 12 grain flour

1 Cups whole wheat flour

2 1/2 Cups all-purpose flour

1 Tsp wheat gluten

1 Tbsp heaping of Dave’s bread mix ( wheat germ, left over dry
cereal, old crushed up cookies and crackers )

1 Tbsp cracked wheat

1 Tbsp heaping of flax meal

1 Tsp salt

Make using dough setting in the bread maker ( 1.5 hrs )
Add water if dough is to dry and Dave’s bread mix if dough is too moist.
Place in two Pampered Chef stone bread pans after spraying the
pans with olive oil
Let dough rise until doubled, then cook at 350 F for 30 minutes
Remove from the stone pan, place on rack to cool, and
rub with olive oil and.....eat mmmmmmmmmmmm.
