covers the works of this excellent sf author.

is good for media news, and has decent book and movie review columns
ANIME LINKS
One of my other hobbies is Japanese animation, or anime. Some useful resources:
A Fan's View
covers anime conventions, although much of the focus is on costuming.
Anime on DVD
is an excellent site for news and reviews of upcoming releases.
UK Anime Net
is a good general news and review site from a United Kingdom perspective.
Ex.org
used to be a regularly updated anime magazine, but still has a huge archive of good articles.
Anime Meta-Review
has good anime reviews and criticism, including many series only commercially available in Japan .
Anime News Network
offers regular updates and information on anime and manga.
Anime Web Turnpike
offers a cornucopia of anime resources.
