North Delta Senior Secondary
Grad Class of 1983

Meike Buhlmann -- 2004

After highschool, I attended community college for 3 years, then decided that I wanted to go to BCIT to become a Medical Radiographer (X ray Tech). In my third year of training I moved to Kelowna to complete my practicum. After graduation, I moved to Alberta, and now live in Edmonton. I have been married 4 1/2 years, we are child-free and we have a Lhasa Apso (Mocha) that we adore.

I work as an Xray and Mammography Technologist. Several times a year, I travel to the northern Arctic (Inuvik) to do mammography clinics there, I LOVE the north!

I enjoy spending time with friends, gardening, reading, Yoga, and travelling. Since '83 I have been fortunate to be able to travel to Greece and Turkey, through parts of Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, etc, Czeckeslovakia, Yugoslavia -these before the war),  Australia, New York, Costa Rica, and last year Spain.

I would be happy to hear from any grads that may want to reconnect with me.

Give Peace a Chance.
