To a lost warrior (D.C.Monteny) who has lost his war with the C dragon.

There are no words or deeds that can soften the pain for those left behind.

I can only offer a salute to a wonderful man and very creative artist who gave us all he could.

Although in my own heart, I want to believe he is in a better place,

I tried to honour him without going against his own beliefs.

He didn't belive in any God that we know.

He faced his end bravely even though he felt it was truely an end.. no afterlife.

I do not offer prayers or anything religious.. Like a knight offering his sword to his leige..
a promise.. a respectful, honouring salute.. a heartfelt gift.
