Creating a SVCD with TMPG
You will need the following software for this guide:
TMPGEnc v12a and English patch or download the latest version here
Note: The difference between the latest version of TMPG and v12a is that the new one encodes faster but MPEG-2 functions are limited to a 30 day trial period. Version 12a is free but encodes slower. The screen shots of TMPG in this guider were taken from v2.53 so if you use v12a, it may look slightly different.
