Return to Wedgewood Ravine

On July 6 2004, we returned to Wedgewood Ravine for a second ramble. (Our first was on June 8 2004.) This time, instead of walking across the ravine following the road, we turned left (east) at the bottom and followed the ravine to the North Saskatchewan River. This ramble was a scramble, having several steep muddy trail sections to negotiate, but everyone made it with the help of walking sticks and ski poles. There were almost no mosquitoes, in spite of recent heavy rain. We wound up with lunch at Muggn'z Restaurant.
