Me walking to Joe's in my Robe
|
"Merry Christmas to All!"
I hope everyone got what they wanted from Santa. I wasn't expecting any gifts from my parents, but then they surprised me with a new robe, slippers... and oh yeah, don't forget socks and new underwear. I can finally throw out the ones with holes in them.
"If you're wondering?"
If you're wondering why I got up so early (5:45AM)? It's because I haven't gone to bed. After going to midnight mass and standing around for an hour and a half freezing my ass of out side. I decided to go visit Joe, and so I put on my new robe, slippers, and the girly toque that I bought and walked over to his house. When I arrived his mother laughed at me... mission accomplished! We then watched Pearl Harbour (a 3 hour movie). Then I went home and now I'm here. Blabbing on and on and on... It will soon be time for church again.

Never Again

"Society is fu@ked."
Until this past week and a half I thought society was headed in the right direction. Then, I heard in the news a gay man was killed in Stanley Park; they kept bringing up the fact that he was gay. I found it hard to believe that people in this day and age were still this narrow minded. I wanted to believe that this "man" did some wrong other than just live his life. Then there was the Burger King drive through incident in which a few of my friends witnessed a stabbing. Over NOTHING AT ALL. And then this last Saturday IT happened.
"End Game."
Roosters; no more. There once was a time when this place was fun! Not anymore!
"The glass is half full."
Although things could have turned out better... A LOT BETTER! It was reassuring to see that people were willing to help even when the odds were not in their favour. Thanks a million Nate. I always had a lot of respect for you and now that respect is unquestionable. Thanks again Nate.
