The Believers Hymn Book Resource Page

For the longest time, I've wanted to know how to sing all those hymns in the Believers Hymn Book. So I decided to embark on the monumental task of compiling all the tunes (original where possible) to the hymns in our much beloved BHB. To my knowledge, a compilation of all the tunes in the BHB does not currently exist on cassette or CD form. I hope and pray that this website will be of a help and blessing to other believers who have a similar desire to learn and sing more of those lovely hymns in our hymn book.

If you are unsaved and are viewing this page, consider the immense appreciation that sprang up from the hearts of these early believers that motivated them to write such beautiful hymns of worship, praise, consecration, and service to the One who alone is worthy, the Lord Jesus Christ. He alone is the focus of our worship. The Apostle John summarized the sentiment very well in his first epistle:

"We love Him, because He first loved us." - 1 John 4:19

Friend, put your trust in the Lord Jesus for salvation from your sins and you too can worship Him with the redeemed for all eternity.

To the left is a listing all of the hymns in numerical order. The tunes are in MIDI file format, and as a result are very small and can be downloaded and played quite easily on your computer. Enjoy!
