•     Curriculum design for Cultural Leadership Development Project, University of Waterloo, Ont., Cultural Management Department.  This innovative curriculum involves use of distance education through computer and modem.  The program calls on learners to use empathetic skills, deep listening and deep questioning to address their concerns.  (1993-1994)
