Warranty Rules

All systems come with 1 year parts and labor in store warranty on system hardware only. (software is not covered by warranty)

There is NO REFUND for all products. Defective products will be EXCHANGED only.

All warranty services and exchanges must accompany with original store invoice.

OEM/bulk pack product can be exchanged with the same product within 7 days from purchase date if the product is defective. No refund nor exchange for any software.

NO EXCHANGE for retail box version products, please contact the corresponding manufacturers.
