 ASANA FLOW SERIES

Asana means any position assumed by the body in a yoga practice.

It is recommended that a physician or other qualified health provider be consulted before beginning this yoga program.  Always seek the advice of your health provider with any questions you may have if you have a pre-existing medical condition.

You should understand that when participating in this yoga program there is the potential risk of injury.  When you engage in this yoga program, you agree that you do so at your own risk and will respect your body and breath.  You also agree to assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release "elements ... the yoga studio", from any and all claims, known or unknown.

Be kind to yourself when you practice yoga.  Go slowly and listen to your body and rest whenever needed.  Your body knows what it can do.  Listen to it.

This asana flow series is a 10 - 20 minute flow and is not a full 90 minute yoga practice.  You may use this flow to accompany your already existing yoga practice.  Previous yoga experience is assumed.
