offers private yoga instruction with classes designed for your specific needs or goals. 
All classes are centered upon movement with and awareness of, the breath, creating a balanced blend of prolonged and flowing poses which will awaken the body and still the mind.  Experience your deepest potential and explore and learn the limitations and freedoms within your own body.  Discover moving moment to moment with

body & soul yoga

as you cultivate relaxation, strength, softness and transition into a more balanced lifestyle.  Body and soul yoga incorporates deep mindful breathing exercises & techniques with calming/energizing movement.  All of which inspire a sense of peace and calm in everyday living.  All classes are appropriate for students of all ages and levels of ability and experience.  Private instruction is excellent for those who are experiencing illness or injury, wanting to begin and develop a personal practice, have an unpredictable personal schedule or are just wanting to deepen their existing practice.

studio information

   all classes are private sessions and are by appointment only. 
   all sessions are 6 weeks in duration.
   registration and payment in full are required to reserve your space during the current session.
   you are welcome to join the session anytime, providing there is space available, price will then be prorated.
   first class for new students may be drop in, all other classes require registration and full payment.
   the schedule allows for 1(one) missed class during the session, which can be made up during the current
       session only, providing there is space available.
   everything needed for a class is provided.
   all fees are non-refundable.
   exceptions are made on an individual basis.
   contact the studio for available times. 
   pregnancy yoga is not available at this time.
