is a preventive health measure, which enhances employee work performance, creates a productive workplace and builds a sense of community within the corporate team.  Enhance individual well being by introducing

body & soul yoga

a "yoga & living wellness" program to your organization.  Body and soul yoga incorporates deep mindful breathing exercises & techniques with calming/energizing movement.  All of which inspire a sense of peace and calm in everyday living.
 

benefits of body and soul yoga

   improves memory, focus, concentration, creativity and posture,
   reduces mental and physical stress,
   increases energy, strength and flexibility,
   stimulates the nervous, cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine, digestive and circulatory systems,
   allows the body to be guided into movement and relaxation through the use of mindful and natural breath,
   brings an overall sense of calm into the body and mind.
 

program information

   programs are customized to encourage the well being of all employees at any level of experience.   
   class times are available before work, during lunch or after work, Monday through Saturday in your
       corporate setting. 
   classes are available weekly or semi-weekly.
   everything needed for a program is provided.
   groups of 2 - 20 are welcome.
   classes are 60 - 90 minutes, based on the time available by the organization.
   wholesale mat purchasing packages are available.
   contact the studio for available times.
   yoga in the workplace is only available in Langley.
