Tedium.....
Fabbed backing strips to go on the inside of the canopy when it gets rivited on to the fuselage. Drilled and deburred about 240 holes in the strips and then had to countersink the same number of holes into the canopy. Took most of the day and for a while there I was getting ready to quit for the day. This is definitely not my favorite part of airplane building.....
Tomorrow the fellow who may do my upholstery is coming by to take a look. I need to cover the seats and put in a headliner. Also some trim on the sides .
