And more door stuff..
Doors are going slow. Apart from the fact that I'm having a little motivational trouble, I'm having to build up the lip around the pilots side door opening quite a bit. That has taken several smaller build ups to get it within the specs.
The photo shows a reinforcement which is bonded into the door before the two halves are bonded together. This is for the gas strut to push on I think.
I switched my epoxy to the West Systems epoxy with the 206 hardener. This sets up much faster than the stuff I was using, and does so in about 4-5 hours at the temps my shop is at.
