I have been a registered massage therapist practicing since 2000. During which time I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients.

I am a graduate of the three year massage therapy program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Vancouver , BC . I also carry with me over two year's education in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University and postgraduate studies in Myofascial Release Technique. In addition, my scope of practice includes deep tissue manipulation, trigger point therapy, and pre/post natal massage.

I have always been interested in human anatomy and how the body functions. It is fascinating how everything was so intricately designed to work together. A solid background in sports is another asset I sometimes utilize in my practice. Playing lacrosse, football, rugby and wrestling all to the collegiate level gives me an insight into the athletes' perspective. I have had the opportunity as a massage therapist to work with Junior "A" Lacrosse Teams, National Team Cyclists, Professional Body Builders, Marathon Runners, Senior Olympians, UFC Fighters as well as weekend warriors.
