Mildred

This client has come a long way from the anxious, depressed person she was when we met on the anxiety forum. Here is a letter she recently sent me:

Dear Mildred,

It seems such a short time ago that I was hating life, and wanted to end it.
Considering all the baggage that I was carrying it's almost unbelievable that every day I am feeling better emotionally, physically, and spiritually.   Even though there have been several people who have reached out to me, you have managed to fill a huge vacuum in my life, and remove old scars that were deeply entrenched.  (This client watched as her father murdered her mother and then killed himself.) I started out as an EFT Sceptic

I admit that I approached EFT as as sceptic. When I first started using Emotional Freedom Techique, I had no indication that it was working for me. In an introductory EFT class, I had picked a really big problem in my life and I had approached it as if it were one part of a small problem. Doing this kind of thing in a large EFT class, without much feedback from the instructor, I did not make any noticeble progress on my issue.  Other people, though, seemed to be getting good results.

In spite of my early doubts, I decided to suspend my disbelief and to keep using EFT anyway. As I continued with EFT, I gradually came to understand that my particular issue had many different facets and that it was necessary to break the issue into many smaller aspects, dealing with each one at a time.

EFT deals effectively with past traumas

Overtime, I worked with many of my past traumas using this wonderful new tool, EFT. I have used it to strengthen my marriage, even though my husband is not yet a big EFT advocate himself.

I want others to find what I have found in EFT.

I have made it my life's work to do so, developing my intuition and skills, and  becoming a professional EFT consultant.  Take a look around my web site, check out some of the Testimonials, articles, FAQ's (Frequently asked Questions) and links.  This will give you a good idea about the range of issues that EFT can address.

Gary Craig's DVD library is very good value and provides hours of case studies that you can learn from and tap along to, so check out the  EFT DVD Library when you are ready for more.   (By the way, if this web site is useful to you and you decide to buy the  EFT DVD Library , using a link from my site will help me out by sending affiliate fees my way.

EFT is a stress reducing technique that can quickly address stresses caused by physical or emotional issues. These stresses cause a disruption in our energy systems. This disruption is easily addressed with EFT.

What is EFT?  EFT is a kind of psychological acupressure, developed by Gary Craig, an engineer. It was developed from Thought Field Therapy (TFT), founded by Roger Callahan.

EFT, the New Self-Treatment.

Sometimes we attempt to treat ourselves for emotional upset using food, medications or stimulants,  and this can lead to further problems such as addictions, obesity, and dependencies. EFT lets us treat these energy disturbances in a healthy way.
Once the emotional causes of some of our addictive behavior, pain, or disease are dealt with, it becomes possible to achieve genuine healing.

Emotional or Physical Pain?

Sometimes our emotional pain is hidden to us but shows up in our bodies as physical pain or chronic disease.

Learn how many Different ways EFT can be used.

I invite you to explore this site for a taste of how I have used EFT for my clients and some ideas on how it might be beneficial for you.  Please note, however, that EFT is complementary to medical treatment and is not meant to replace a physician’s care.
If you are very new to EFT, some examples of how you might use it are demonstrated in the Articles: Chocolate Cravings, Headache Control, and Dealing with Chemotherapy. More in depth articles such as  Flying Anxiety and Surrogate Tapping assume some knowledge and experience with EFT.   Please also check out some of excellent Guest Articles

To get a better idea about how I use EFT with clients, read the Testimonials of some of my clients.

You can also learn a great deal just from the manual. I invite you to learn more about this life-changing technique by downloading the free EFT Manual here at http://www.emofree.com.

My wish for you

May you, too, find the peace that I have found.
