ARTICLE 17
DURATION OF AGREEMENT

This Agreement executed this 22nd day of June, 2002 shall remain in force until April 20, 2006, and thereafter from year to year, unless either party serves notice of termination on the other party hereto within four (4) months prior to the 20th day of April 2006, or if such notice has not then been served within four months (4) months prior to the 20th day of April in any year subsequent thereto.

The provisions of Sub-Section 4 of Section 46 of the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia are hereby excluded.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have affixed their signatures this 22nd day of June, 2002.
