SOCIAL SECURITY
Section 1

Appendix "A" attached hereto forms a part of this Agreement. The benefits specified in Appendix "A" of this Agreement shall be made available to all regular employees under the terms and conditions as described in Appendix "A".

All present amenities, now enjoyed by the employees, shall be kept in force. However, it is understood and agreed that the provisions in this sub-paragraph contained shall not be construed in such manner as to alter any specific term or condition specifically set forth elsewhere in this Agreement.

The Company shall enter into a Pension Agreement pursuant to the terms of the memorandum which is attached hereto (Appendix "B").
