These pages are a completely unofficial transcription of a union contract. It was originally a hybrid edition, based on the previous contract and integrated with the proposal sheets on which you based your ratification vote. Since that time it has been revised and proof-read using original documentation in conjunction with the recently distributed contract hand-books.
I should therefore proves usefull and reasonably accurate. Nevertheless it may have occasional typographical errors (which will be corrected as they become apparent).
IT SHOULD THEREFORE NOT BE CONSIDERED TO BE AN INFALLIBLE ARBITER OF FACT.
I have posted it to the web in good faith, with the convenience of Local 300 members in mind.
Perhaps your holiday in HAWAI is being spoilt by some niggling concern of what the contract does or does not contain, but you don't have the "book" with you to settle the matter. Now you can sleep soundly after checking the "web".
But when you get home DO check the "facts" before submitting that grievance.
