This letter is written pursuant to Section 10 of the Memorandum of Agreement signed on September 19, 1980 and provides for the following procedure with respect to Weekly Indemnity Claims and WCB Claims:
In certain cases where it is beyond the control of the employee, a weekly indemnity claim which has been approved and the payment of such claim is delayed, the Company will, upon the request of the affected employee give consideration to the advancement of moneys pending the commencement of claim payments. Repayment of such advance will be affected immediately upon commencement of the claim payments.
