RE: BREWERS’ BREAK PERIODS

During negotiations the parties discussed the operational difficulties and cost of providing relief for breaks in the Brewhouse when the Relief Brewer/Grain Handler is absent. The parties agreed that when the relief Relief Brewer/Grain Handler is absent, the Brewer will remain at the Brewer Panel for his breaks and will be compensated in accordance with the current practices.
