Proprietary Software:
Eye2Buy’s™ interactive software solutions were developed between 1999 and
2003 at the Company’s research facility in Vancouver, British Columbia, where the
Company had developed an end to end suite of interactive communication software
applications capable of multi-device platform interoperability. Based on an
intellectual property estate comprised of a dozen worldwide patent applications along with
numerous trademarks, resulting in key invention and first-use priority date copyrights
currently held within the interactive communication and viewer participation indutry
sphere. The Company’s innovative technology has been supported by the Science Council
of British Columbia, the National Research Council of Canada through the IRAP (Industrial
Research Assistance Program), and by the provincial MART (Market Assessment of Research
and Technology) program.
Strategic Relationships:
The Company has proven its software applications on interactive infrastructure
platforms such as ICTV, Scientific Atlanta, OpenTV, Liberate, MSNtv, AOLtv, NDS and many
others. The Company is represented by FFYi Network Solutions Ltd. in North America.
Additional negotiations are underway with other groups to accelerate the
commercialization of the Company’s technology in Australasia, Latin America, and
Europe. Eye2Buy™ believes that a universal software based application is likely
to prevail as the cornerstone to any viable interactive platform. Since only Eye2Buy™
operates within all of the infrastructure hardware formats presently installed or planned
for the future, the Company’s core competency creates numerous collaborative
possibilities that add value to the interactive spectrum, and particularly to adopters of
Eye2Buy’s™ technology.
