Company History:
At Redmond, WA in October 1998, the Eye2Buy™ Technology Company was founded to be
a developer of electronic commerce, advertising and commercial television applications
that could enable consumers to purchase goods and services directly from products featured
on current popular television programs and movie presentations. In 1999, Eye2buy
Technology Canada Ltd. was formed to fulfill the mission set forth while also serving as
the Company's technical operations and development headquarters in Vancouver, BC.
