Eye2buy software applications were borne out of an intense mathematical research project begun in late 1997 / early 1998. Based on Canadian Patent www.cipo.gc.ca application #'s: 2,279,013; 2,291,426; 2,284,438; 2,317,866; 2,277,726; 2,275,028; 2,269,245; 2,357,552 and accompanying PCT www.wipo.int/ipdl/en application #'s: WO 01/32137; WO 01/11882; WO 00/77678; WO 00/79795; WO 01/22731, Eye2buy thereby has established numerous key-invention and priority filing date copyrights in the fields of real-time interactive multi-media software systems for broadband based entertainment communications and messaging with electronic commerce technology capabilities.

This early-mover competitive advantage will afford all licensees of the Eye2buy software applications a protected public space in which their resultant interactive applications will be able to function irrespective of many current and future patents that have been issued or may be granted in the next few years. Concurrently, internal company efforts will be put forth to fortify the Eye2buy application invention and software priority copyrights with a suite of entirely new copyright and patent applications that will be developed and filed in 2004 and 2005 alongside the commercialization efforts of product distribution and licensing. This new portfolio will be used to strengthen and protect the current status of Eye2buy system applications and to further fortify the unique competitive advantage held today and ensure the continued growth of Eye2buy and its licensees application initiatives.
