The text on the card is garbled. It works fine on my computer at home, but when I use it on my computer at work, the words on my Japanese (Chinese/Russian/Hebrew etc) deck do not display properly.

You do not have the proper font installed on the second computer. Either install the same font as you used in your home computer or substitute another similar font (eg if your deck uses a Japanese font, choose a Japanese font on the second computer to display the deck).
