

This is a underarm exercise that requires no exercise equipment. Study arrows in picture,
stand at a counter or anything that is suitable for your height, make a fist, bend arms slightly,
and inward, apply equal downward pressure with both arms. Hold this pressure for a count of 10,
take a rest, repeat for a total of three sets, apply firm pressure.
Do exercise three times a week.
As exercise becomes easier, add more counting time to each set.
The further you are away from the counter the harder it becomes, start closer.
The picture shows the correct distance to stand in front of the counter.
