Remote ephemera are captured at collecting stations with one of six available methods determined by circuit options.  Remote participants choosing the "archive path" receive the above flash memory buffer and requested option circuits; together they archive the remote events for a minimum of fifteen days continuously, within a flash memory card.  Remote participants return the flash memory buffer and flash card to station by January 6, 2005 upon completion of their collecting, for six station counters simultaneously.  Of the six optional circuits which count the ephemeral events and provide this count to the flash memory, one may be wireless (432 MHz) to a range of ten metres; the rate of the event count for each counter must not be greater than once per second.
