"station" is a collecting.  A panel of numerical counters admits the remote presence of a large number of countable ephemera.  Each remote mnemonic event is acknowledged in the clicking of the counters, the rate of their clicking, and the ascending number displayed in their digits.  The natural occurring events being tallied are delivered in real time to a hotel lobby counter panel from remote locations by internet connections, or are archived within memory for later transmission to the counters.  A printed event map provides details on the specific nature of each event being enumerated, acknowledged, tallied, collected.  Remote participants may also view the results of their collecting in an online event map, and seek technical support from station.  All eighteen selected "station" project participants collect natural ephemera.
