and tools for creating Boards that matter. It grew out of
a course developed for Simon Fraser University’s Non
Profit Management Certificate Program. Each chapter stands
alone. The table of contents and list of appendices clearly
indicate where to look for practical information and help. |

Within
the workbook, there are two simpler tests for Boards that
